Despite the harsh winter weather I had a very successful and well attended surgery in Tayinloan today.
Among the issues raised was the newest stretch of pavement that's currently being built within the village. While many are happy to see some development taking place some local residents have concerns that two large vehicles will have great difficulty passing each other after the work is complete.
I have received yet more reports from my constituents about BEAR Scotland failing to properly clear out the ditches and culverts at the side of the A83 and this is contributing to road surface flooding.
Sluggish internet speeds continue to blight many residents in Tayinloan. Our rural communities deserve an internet service that is on par with urban areas.
It was great to be back in Tayinloan once again. I will continue to do all that I can to see that the many issues raised at my surgeries are addressed as soon as possible.
