Nicola Sturgeon is breaking her promises on childcare.

There is just a year left for the SNP to meet their target of 1,140 hours of childcare for 3 and 4 year-olds, but more than 700 of the new facilities needed have not even begun construction. A Government report has also revealed that not enough nursery staff have been recruited.

Nicola Sturgeon’s top priority is another independence referendum rather than delivering her promises to Scotland’s parents. Ruth Davidson’s team will deliver flexible childcare that lets working parents get on with their careers.
