Another Labour big hitter has backed indyref2. Rebecca Long-Bailey, the shadow business secretary, said Labour ‘wouldn’t stand in the way’ of Sturgeon’s push for indyref2.
It’s becoming clearer every day that Corbyn’s Labour would give Sturgeon what she wants - another divisive referendum. At this rate, Labour will be full-on campaigning for independence by the end of this election.
This news comes as Sturgeon and her fellow separatists are preparing to support a Corbyn Labour Government in exchange for Indyref2. The SNP are in discussions with the UK civil service so they are ready to prop up Corbyn - if they get the chance.
This attempted stitch-up betrays Labour voters who want to end the division and keep Scotland in the UK.
Only the Scottish Conservatives are standing up to Sturgeon’s endless demands for Indyref2. A vote for the Scottish Conservatives on December 12 will stop Sturgeon and Corbyn from forcing Indyref2 on people across Scotland.
