Damage to the bridge at Grogport

I have been contacted by many local residents about the damage to the bridge at Grogport. Several copping stones are missing from the bridge walls and are in the burn below the bridge.

I have asked our roads department to inspect this and the other bridges on the B842 up to the Kennacraig junction with the A83 for damage.

I hope to see this matter resolved with all haste.
