At the latest East Kintyre Community Council I was informed about the dangerous condition of the Carradale Primary School path with some of it's slabs sticking up and a drain cover with exposed edges. These problems together are resulting in numerous potential trip hazards on the way in to Carradale Primary School.

I have raised this issue with our roads department and our hard working policy lead for education Cllr Yvonne McNeilly. As this is a safety concern I would hope for a speedy solution to this matter.

24/02/19 UPDATE: The Council has acknowledged the problem with the slabs, due to tree roots pushing up the paving slabs under part of the path, and has advised that a contractor will re-bed the slabs as soon as possible.
