I was unhappy to learn from my constituents that there was yet another collision involving a Cal Mac ferry on the Islay Kennacraig route.

While accidents do happen sadly they seem to be happening at a more frequent rate.

It was very good news that no one was hurt and that the hardworking front line Cal Mac staff had the ferry running again very quickly.

Hopefully these collisions will happen less frequently in the future.
