It was a great honour to participate in the Citizenship Ceremony for Yuqing Zhang and I wish her well in her future role as a citizen of the United Kingdom.

Yuqing is better known locally as Carol and has lived in Dunoon for some time.

The ceremony was held in the magnificent Castle House in Dunoon and I hope Carol enjoyed her day.
